We’re Optimum7, a leading digital marketing and development agency based in Miami.
We're looking for a Video Editor to manage the production of videos by planning shoots, organizing schedules, and ensuring that video projects are up to standard and completed on time and within the production budget. We are looking for a very creative Producer with experience in Instagram, Facebook, and Reels, Youtube channels and shorts, Tiktok videos, etc.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following a script, screenplay, or outline.
- Assembling raw footage, editing, transferring, and uploading it to our systems.
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs.
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage.
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file.
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty footage.
- Working closely with the Video Production team and CEO to present final products that match the company's vision.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in film, media, management, production, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as part of a production team.
- In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities.
- Strong professional verbal & written communication skills in English are a MUST.
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude at work.
- Ability to take initiative and execute a task from start to finish.
