Your Role
You will be responsible for daily operations in Road Logistics department. We aim to find right solution for our customers to provide high quality services and meet customer requirements. Working in a busy operational department you will take ownership of files end to end. Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis to meet and exceed requirements from operational perspectiveYour Responsibilities
- Cooperating and coordinating with Kuehne+Nagel offices abroad as well as customs, warehouses and fleet
- Promoting company services to customers & Booking handling
- Organizing weekly groupage departures for import & export linehaul
- Monitoring and updating of Shipment Statuses
- Coordinating major customers and working close to sales and other related departments

Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road logistics operations is highly preferred
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with good customer-centric attitude
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Turkish
